Wildflower Advocate Coordination will examine the client's chart to assist them in making well-informed decisions regarding their care and treatment. This includes assisting with applications for Medicaid, Medicare, SSI, and other benefits, as well as reviewing medical bills for accuracy, generating reports, and creating documents summarizing the treatment history.
